Exploring coffees from the four corners of the world.
About Us
We roast craft coffee.
Currently we’re focusing on breaking in a brand-spanking-new Diedrich IR-1 commercial-grade lab roaster. It has more than double the capacity of the HotTop roaster we started with and can do back-to-back roasts much quicker than the electric HotTop. We did some remolding in the lab to accommodate the roaster and that work was completed just in time for Christmas.
Now we’re off to the races developing roasting profiles on the new roaster which I’ve dubbed Black Betty. Hopefully in the next few weeks we’ll have a fully-functional online storefront to share our coffee with you!
